Built to be read by everyone.
How we build for access, where we are still improving and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
Effective November 2, 2026
Our commitment
EvrardBanes wants this website to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
The standard we aim for
We build the site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our guide. This is a goal we work toward, not a claim of certified conformance.
What we have built in
Across the site you will find:
- A skip to content link and a logical heading order on every page
- Menus, forms and Controls Lab tools that work with a keyboard, with visible focus
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers
- Form fields with visible labels and clear required markers
- Strong contrast between text and backgrounds
- Respect for reduced motion settings
- Layouts that adapt to small screens and browser zoom
Known limitations
Some interactive charts in the Controls Lab are visual by nature and may not read fully with every screen reader. If you need a result in another format, tell us and we will help.
Tell us what gets in your way
If any part of this site is hard to use, email conversations@evrardbanes.com or call 512-908-5223. Tell us the page and what you were trying to do. We will reply, work on a fix and get you the information another way in the meantime.

Something in your way?
Email us with the page and the problem. A member of our team will reply and work on a fix.
