Built where projects really fail.

Lola Osoba spent two decades watching projects fail in the forecast before they failed in the field. In 2021 she built a firm to catch that moment. This is how it grew.

The timeline

From the field to the forecast.

Each stage grew out of a question clients kept asking. None of them changed the rule we started with.

Twenty years in the field

Learning where projects really fail

Lola Osoba spent two decades delivering complex programs, much of it in data center and infrastructure construction. Again and again she watched sound projects slip on paper long before anyone saw it on site.

A dedicated controls firm opens

EvrardBanes LLC was incorporated in Delaware, registered in Texas and set up in Dallas with one job: give owners independent eyes on the schedule and the cost, with no stake in the answer.

  • Headquartered in Dallas
  • Independent from day one

“Is this schedule real?”

The early work was baselines and independent schedule reviews. An owner sends the contractor’s XER file and asks a blunt question. We open the logic, test the critical path and answer in plain English.

Programs and recovery

From one schedule to the whole program

Owners who trusted one review asked us to control the next project, then the program. Recovery schedules, earned value and delay analysis followed when dates came under pressure.

  • Integrated master schedules
  • Earned value
  • Recovery and claims

Fixing the data under the dates

A forecast is only as good as the data feeding it. We added P6 administration, Power BI reporting and integration that puts schedule, cost, change and field data in one source.

Repeat work

The second project should cost less

Clients building the same kind of facility again asked why they should pay for the same setup twice. They should not. Program Rates put the same team and the same templates on repeat work.

The thread through every stage

Same question. Earlier answer.

The first client who called wanted to know if the finish date was real. Clients still ask that, on bigger programs. The difference we try to make is timing: the answer arrives while there are still options on the table.

Report what the logic says.

A date we publish is a date the network supports. If the news is bad, leadership hears it first and hears it early.

Stay independent.

We do not build, design or sell software. Our only product is an honest read of time and cost.

Keep senior people close.

Every engagement is led by someone who has built baselines and defended dates in the room.

Send us the project, the schedule and the finish date your board is counting on. A senior project controls lead replies within one business day.
