The rooms are sold. Open on time.
Convention hotels, resorts and renovations in operating properties. Groups and guests are booked before the building is done, so the opening date has to be real.

Where the date is won or lost.
Opening dates are sold early
Convention blocks and brand commitments are made years out. A late opening means walked groups, refunds and a damaged launch.
Renovations happen around guests
Floors come out of inventory in blocks. Every block that returns late costs room nights the owner can count.
Repetition multiplies risk
Hundreds of identical rooms look simple. One slow trade on the typical floor repeats on every floor above it.
What we schedule and control.

- 01
Convention and downtown hotels
High-rise hotels with ballrooms and meeting space whose first events are already under contract.
- 02
Resort renovations
Room blocks taken offline and returned on a tight cycle while the property stays open and guests stay happy.
- 03
Brand conversions and PIPs
Property improvement plans with brand deadlines, phased so the hotel keeps earning while the work goes on.
- 04
Hotel and mixed-use towers
Hotels stacked with residential or office floors, each with its own turnover and opening date.
The services that matter most here.
Four of our 16 services carry most of the weight in this market.
Typical floor flowlines in P6 that show production trade by trade, so one slow floor is caught before it repeats.
Progress against room turnover targets every week, so the operator knows exactly when inventory comes back.
Resequencing, added shifts and priority floors worked out in the schedule before the opening date is in danger.
Our team protecting the opening in every owner meeting, with the brand and the operator kept informed.
Projects we have controlled.
Owners stay confidential. Each project shows its region, capital value and status.
Straight answers to fair questions.
Can you schedule a renovation while the hotel stays open?
Yes. We plan room blocks, noise windows and public area closures with the operator, then track each block back into inventory.
How early should we bring you in?
Before the opening date is announced, ideally. A risk analysis at that point tells you how much confidence the date really has.
We are renovating several properties. Is there a better rate?
Yes. Similar renovations fit a Program Rate: the same team reuses the room templates and logic at a fraction of the first project’s setup cost.
