These terms apply when you use the website of EvrardBanes LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered in Texas. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
General information only
Pages on this site describe our services and sample projects in general terms. They are not an offer, a proposal or professional advice for your project. Any work we do is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Project descriptions and figures are illustrative. Owners are kept confidential, and results on any project depend on its own conditions.
Controls Lab tools
The Controls Lab tools, including Schedule Studio, run in your browser on the numbers you enter. They are for illustration and learning. Their results are not a schedule review, a forecast or advice, and should not be relied on for commercial, contractual or legal decisions.
What you send us
Sending us an enquiry, a schedule file or project data does not create a client relationship or a confidentiality obligation until we sign an agreement. If you need a non-disclosure agreement before sharing a schedule, ask us and we will set one up first.
Content and trademarks
The text, graphics, logo and design of this site belong to EvrardBanes or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Please do not copy or republish them for commercial use without written permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, interfere with how it works, or scrape it in a way that burdens it.
Warranties and liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, EvrardBanes makes no warranties about it and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
