Overview
This policy explains how EvrardBanes LLC, a project controls and construction IT firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, handles information when you visit www.evrardbanes.com or contact us. We collect only what we need to reply to you, and we do not sell personal information.
Our contact forms
The forms on this site do not send or store anything themselves. When you press send, the site opens your own email app with a message filled in from your answers. You review it, and you decide whether to send it.
If you do send it, we receive it as an ordinary email and handle it like any other business correspondence.
What we receive
We receive only what you choose to send us, for example:
- Your name, company, role, email address and phone number
- Project details such as type, capital value, target dates and schedule files
- The content of your message and any attachments
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use the information you send to:
- Reply to your enquiry and scope possible work
- Review partnership and career enquiries
- Keep business records the law requires
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have sent us. Email privacy@evrardbanes.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.
