Led by people who read the logic.

EvrardBanes is led by its founder, Lola Osoba, and its Chief Executive Officer, Luka Onoriode. Between them they set one standard: a senior specialist owns every engagement, from the first call to the final report.

We measure what matters to keep your project on track.

I founded EvrardBanes as a dedicated Project Controls firm because most projects don’t fail in the field. They fail in the forecast.

With 20 years delivering complex programs, I specialize in the science of project performance: Critical Path Method Scheduling (Primavera P6 / MS Project), Earned Value Management, Cost Control & Forecasting, Risk & Change Management, and Executive Reporting.

My background in data center and infrastructure construction taught me that without disciplined controls, vision is just an estimate. EvrardBanes provides the independent eyes clients need to see reality early: validating progress, stress-testing schedules, identifying slippage before it becomes a delay, and giving leadership defensible data to make decisions.

We don’t build the project. We ensure it is built on time and on budget.

Luka Onoriode

Luka Onoriode leads EvrardBanes as Chief Executive Officer and runs the company day to day.

His focus is simple: the right people on every engagement, replies within one business day, and no report leaving the firm until the numbers behind it tie out.

“Clients should never be surprised by their own project. Our job is to make sure they hear it from us first.”

Our approach

Three rules at the top.

Leadership decides who works on what by three rules, from the founder to the scheduler running your updates.

01

Senior on every job

Every engagement is led by someone who has built baselines, run recoveries and defended a date in front of executives.

02

One accountable lead

Each client has one named engagement lead. When the date moves, you know exactly whose phone to ring.

03

Independent by design

No construction contract and no software to sell. Leadership protects that independence on every assignment.

How a team is built

The roles that carry the work.

Two roles sit on every engagement. The rest join when the problem calls for them.

On every engagement

Engagement lead

One senior scheduler or cost engineer who owns your work, sits in your meetings and answers the phone when the date moves.

One named person
On every engagement

Peer reviewer

A senior specialist from outside the team who checks every baseline, update narrative and exhibit before it reaches you.

Lead scheduler

Builds and maintains the CPM network: WBS, logic, calendars, coding and the update routine that keeps the data date honest.

Cost and risk lead

Ties cost to schedule with earned value, forecasts the EAC and runs Monte Carlo so every P80 date has a cost story beside it.

From first call to final report

The right people, from day one.

  1. L1

A senior lead takes the first call

Your first conversation is with someone who can open your XER and read it, not a business developer reading a script.

  2. L2

    The team matches the problem

A baseline, a recovery, a claim and a Power BI rollout need different specialists. We staff to the problem you have.

  3. L3

    The engagement lead stays put

The person who starts your work sees it through. Continuity is how a schedule keeps its memory.

  4. L4

    Repeat projects keep the team

On the next similar project the same people return at a highly discounted Program Rate.

Talk to a scheduler

Talk to a scheduler, not a salesperson.

Every first conversation is with a senior project controls lead. A senior lead replies within one business day.
