Megawatts late are megawatts lost.
Hyperscale campuses, liquid-cooled AI halls and edge programs. Our founder’s background is data center and infrastructure construction, so we know where this forecast fails first: power, long-lead gear and commissioning.

Where the date is won or lost.
Utility power sets the finish
Substation work, utility energization and permanent power dates drive everything. If the utility slips, the hall is a very expensive empty room.
Long-lead gear owns the path
Switchgear, generators, transformers, UPS and chillers arrive on vendor dates. We carry factory witness tests and ship dates as activities, not footnotes.
Commissioning is not contingency
Level 1 to 5 commissioning, integrated systems testing and tenant acceptance take real weeks. Schedules that squeeze them fail at the very end.
What we schedule and control.

- 01
Hyperscale campuses
Multi-hall campuses with phased energization, shared central plants and each hall handed to a tenant on a contract date.
- 02
AI and liquid-cooled halls
High-density halls with coolant distribution units, direct-to-chip piping and rack densities that change after design is done.
- 03
Edge and modular programs
Many small sites on a repeat design, released, tracked and reported in one program schedule.
- 04
Expansions on live campuses
New halls beside operating ones, with every tie-in planned so live tenants and their SLAs never notice.
The services that matter most here.
Four of our 16 services carry most of the weight in this market.
Utility, shell, electrical, mechanical, commissioning and fit-out in one schedule, from site award to ready for service.
A P80 ready-for-service date for each hall, with long-lead and utility risk modeled, so tenant commitments match reality.
Monthly forecasts that track equipment escalation, change orders and contingency drawdown hall by hall.
Schedule, procurement, cost and commissioning data joined in one source, so every hall reports the same way on every campus.
Projects we have controlled.
Owners stay confidential. Each project shows its region, capital value and status.
Straight answers to fair questions.
Can you track long-lead equipment in the schedule?
Yes. Submittal, release, factory witness test, shipping and set dates are activities with logic, so a late generator shows its effect on energization the same week.
We are building the same hall design on several campuses. How is that priced?
That is what Program Rates are for. Later halls reuse the logic library, WBS and reports at a highly discounted Program Rate.
Do you work for owners, developers or contractors?
All three. Owners and developers use us to hold the date. Contractors use us to build baselines and recovery schedules they can defend.

Send us the data centers project, the current schedule and the milestone everyone is watching. A senior project controls lead replies within one business day.
