Built it once? The next one costs less.
The next data hall, the next substation, another school in the bond program. When the work repeats, the controls should not start from zero. Keep the same team at a highly discounted Program Rate and pay for setup once.

Who it is built for.
Open to every client with a repeat or similar project: owner or builder, public or private.
Data center campuses
The next hall, the next building, the next campus. Power, cooling and Level 1 to 5 commissioning logic proven on the first hall carries straight over.
Utility and grid programs
Substations, transmission upgrades, pipelines and pump stations delivered year after year under capital plans that repeat.
Bond programs
School districts, universities and cities delivering a list of similar buildings under one bond. The fifth school should not cost what the first did to schedule.
Healthcare systems
Clinics, outpatient centers, OR renewals and patient towers across one system. Same standards, same equipment planning, same activation logic.
Industrial and retail rollouts
Plants, lines, distribution centers and stores built to a prototype. One schedule template per prototype, adjusted for each site.
Builders with repeat clients
General contractors and construction managers who build the same kind of project for the same owner again and again.
The hard part is already built.

- 01
Work breakdown structure
The WBS that matches how you build, estimate and report. It took weeks to get right the first time. Now it takes an afternoon.
- 02
Logic libraries
Tested activity sequences for structure, MEP, commissioning, inspections and turnover. The next baseline starts from logic that already held.
- 03
Cost codes and risk registers
Cost codes that tie budget to schedule, and a risk register built from what actually happened last time, priced and ready.
- 04
Reporting and data templates
Power BI models, monthly narratives and board reports your leadership already knows how to read. No new format to learn.
- 05
The same people
Schedulers and cost engineers who know your standards, your contractors and your approval route. No learning curve on our side.
How it works.
Tell us what repeats
Share the first project and the ones coming next: how many, what type and roughly when. One conversation is enough to start.
We scope the first project
The first project is priced normally. It is where we build the WBS, logic, cost codes, risk register and reporting you will reuse.
Every next one at a Program Rate
Each repeat or similar project starts from the proven setup with the same team, at a fraction of the first project’s setup cost.
Sharper every time
Lessons learned go back into the libraries after each project, so every schedule is tighter and every forecast more reliable than the last.

Six buildings, one rhythm.
Six powered shell buildings and 240 MW of data halls delivered as one program over 34 months. Every building starts from the same WBS, logic library and reporting, so the controls setup for each new hall is already done, and each one comes online faster than the one before it.

What you walk away with.
A highly discounted rate on every repeat or similar project, agreed in writing before the work starts.
Baseline, cost structure and reporting in place in a fraction of the usual time, because the templates already exist.
The people who learned your standards on the first project stay on the next one. No new faces to brief.
Every project coded the same way, so you can compare durations, costs and performance across your whole program.
Questions about Program Rates.
How much is the discount?
It depends on how similar the projects are and how many there will be. We agree the Program Rate in writing when we scope the first project, so you know it before you commit.
Do the projects have to be identical?
No. Similar is enough: the same building type, the same owner standards or the same delivery model. If the WBS and logic carry over, the rate applies.
We already worked with you on a project. Does it count?
Yes. If your next project is similar to one we have already set up for you, ask for a Program Rate before we scope it.
Is this only for owners?
No. Program Rates are open to every client with a repeat or similar project, including general contractors, construction managers and public agencies.
Can the projects run at the same time?
Yes. Concurrent projects in a program share the same setup and can share team leads, which makes integrated reporting simpler too.
